My friend Molly has been living at Welbrook for the past 15 months after her daughter researched all the options for her mother's care. Her choice was clearly a very good one. Not only is it clear that Molly is well cared for, but so too do the other residents appear to be. In addition to the facility being clean and inviting, the staff is very personable, professional, attentive, and kind.
After losing her husband of 71 years, my mother's dementia became much more pronounced. The assisted living facility where she lived had no memory care and hiring private caregivers quickly became financially unsustainable. After a quick thorough search, we chose Welbrook for my 95-year-old mom. She has been there almost a year and I can honestly say it was the best decision my brother and I could have possibly made on her behalf. Instead of spending all day in her room, she was now spending the day among people, sharing activities, entertainment, and meals, and yes, even making new friends. The whole staff, including the caregivers are humane, patient, loving, and trained in caring for this special vulnerable population.

My husband was at Welbrook Santa Monica for 2 years. It was the best memory care that I have seen. Our experience had been wonderful. They were very caring. My husband's room was very clean, and all of the rooms are private. The food that they served was all wonderful. I highly recommend this place. They had yoga classes, exercises, and live music every weekend. They had a barbershop.
My mother has been here for several months now and it has been a positive experience all around. She is very happy with the staff, food, and activities. We are happy with the care she is getting and the communication between us and her caregivers. This was one of the most difficult decisions to make and the staff truly made the experience so much smoother.
I just wanted to let you both know how much I appreciate everything that goes on at Welbrook on a daily basis. I always feel like my Mom is being cared for in the best way possible, under any circumstance. admit that I was just expecting that to be the case no matter what. However, my in-laws recently have come to the point where they need an assisted living community and the search has been difficult at best. We visited so many different communities all over the LA area and struggled to come up with something suitable. I was very surprised at how inferior so many places could be. I just wanted to let you know that I think your business model is very successful. Whatever your secret is, keep it up! Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
